Prologo Scratch M5 Pas Nack Slide Control
The Scratch M5 PAS Nack Slide Control is the innovative gravel version of Prologo’s iconic round-shaped saddle, from the AGX line. AGX, acronym for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross, is the line of ergonomic saddles dedicated to the gravel and all-road world, designed to guarantee the right balance between performance and comfort on every type of terrain, even for long distances.
Compared to traditional models, the AGX saddles feature a more flexible base made with new-generation materials, and an extra 2 mm of padding made of low-density foams. These characteristics ensure better absorption of shocks and vibrations, without limiting or compromising power transfer even when riding on dirt roads.
Anatomical shape
The T-shape of this saddle offers better freedom of movement and positioning, providing comfort and protection in friction areas. The rear anatomical centre allows the cyclist to easily vary position by using the entire length of the saddle. The round anatomical shape of the Scratch M5 allows for extra support to the lumbar band, helping to maintain a stable position even for those with reduced pelvic mobility.
Technologies
The Multi Sector System includes different mapped and separated zones on the saddle, each composed of different interactive foams and single-cell padding.
Prologo’s 3D Slide Control technology improves grip and cyclist stability, helping to maintain the correct position on the saddle, even when facing off-road sections.
The PAS central channel – Perineal Area System – prevents pressure peaks and numbness by increasing blood circulation. The ergonomic design and variable-density foams eliminate pressure points in the perineal area.
Base and rails
The rails are made of Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber), composed of carbon fibre, Kevlar and aluminium filaments – ideal for cyclists seeking maximum stiffness and lightness – on a long-fibre carbon base. An excellent compromise between stiffness and comfort.
