A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must submit a claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.

Copenhagen Cycling Club ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds do not apply to already discounted or sale items.

Refund

If a refund is required, please include your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided via email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive data and will only be used to process the refund.
