Prices All prices on our website are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR) and include VAT and duties where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Availability is subject to stock.

Payment We accept VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Google, Shop_Pay and bank transfer. Your payment will only be charged when the item is shipped. All amounts are shown in DKK or EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and items that are sold out or discontinued.

Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day where possible; orders placed after 17:00 will be shipped the next business day.
  • We ship within Denmark and to EU countries. Shipping fees start from DKK 45/€7 Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • We do not deliver to the Faroe Islands, Norway or Greenland
  • Parcels are shipped with PostNord, GLS, DAO or another suitable carrier depending on destination.
  • If a parcel cannot be left at the chosen pickup point it will be moved to the nearest pickup point and you will be notified.
  • Delivery times: Denmark: 1–3 business days after order; other EU countries: typically 3–4 business days depending on destination.
  • Certain large items (wheelsets, large bike bags, bicycles and other oversized cycling equipment) have special delivery terms and shipping fees. These will be shown before purchase or provided by our staff.

Complaints and statutory warranty:

  • You have a 2-year statutory right to complain under Danish Sale of Goods Act for defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Remedies include repair, replacement, refund or price reduction depending on the case.
  • The right does not cover defects caused by improper use or handling.
  • You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.
  • Copenhagen Cycling Club ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs for accepted complaints.

Refunds For refunds, please provide bank details (registration number and account number) so we can transfer the agreed amount. These details may be sent by email.

Right of withdrawal (14-day return policy)

  • You have 14 days’ full right of withdrawal on items purchased from our webshop, except as noted below.
  • The withdrawal period begins:
    • on the day you receive the order; or
    • on the day you receive the last item in an order delivered in parts; or
    • on the day you receive the last installment for goods delivered in several batches; or
    • on the day you receive the first item for subscriptions with recurring deliveries.
  • You must notify us of your withdrawal by email to contact@copenhagencc.com no later than 14 days from purchase and return the goods within 14 days from notification.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Do not refuse delivery without notifying us.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal The following items are excluded from the 14‑day return right:

  • Custom-made items or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom bikes, wheels, etc.).
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Non-resealable goods where seals/plombs are broken.
  • Services already fully performed with consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgement that withdrawal lapses.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance began with the consumer’s prior explicit consent.
  • Newspapers, periodicals and magazines (except subscription agreements).
  • Goods from public auctions.
  • Perishable or rapidly depreciating goods.
  • Sale/clearance items.

Return procedure:

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the order confirmation.
  • We recommend completing the included withdrawal form to speed processing.
  • You bear the risk and cost of returning the item until we receive it.
  • We do not accept COD returns.

Condition of returned goods:

  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (i.e., you may try the product as you would in a physical store).
  • If the product has been used beyond that, it may be considered used and you may receive a partial refund or no refund depending on the product’s resale value at the time of return.

Refund timing and method:

  • Refunds will include amounts paid for the goods and standard delivery costs (not extra costs where you chose a more expensive delivery method).
  • Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you agree otherwise.
  • We may withhold refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.

In‑store pickup:

  • You may choose to reserve items online and pick them up in store. Purchases picked up in store are subject to the same terms as purchases made in our physical store.

Privacy and personal data To place an order you must provide:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Order details (SKU, order number, size, color, reason for return when applicable)

We process your personal data to fulfill the contract and to handle inquiries about your order. Processing is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Copenhagen Cycling Club ApS. The Privacy Policy explains how long data is retained and your rights as a data subject.
